About the Role

We're looking for a Full Stack Web Developer to build, maintain, and scale the websites and web platforms for our aesthetics-tech brand S'thetíx and our IV wellness brand Drip Labs. You'll own everything from front-end UI to back-end logic, forms, integrations (WhatsApp, CRM, booking), and site performance across multiple country/language versions.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and maintain responsive, fast-loading websites

● Build and manage front-end (HTML, CSS, JS/React) and back-end (Node.js/PHP/Python — as applicable) components

● Implement multi-language / multi-country site structures (India, Japan, Germany, UK versions)

● Build and maintain lead-capture forms (profession/machine/treatment selectors),

● WhatsApp click-to-chat integrations, and CRM/lead pipeline connections

● Set up and manage franchise/location pages, ROI calculator tools, membership/booking modules

● Ensure site speed, SEO fundamentals (meta tags, sitemap, schema), and mobile responsiveness

● Manage hosting, domains, SSL, backups, and basic DevOps

● Fix bugs, handle site security (forms, spam protection), and monitor uptime

● Collaborate with design and marketing team on new landing pages, campaign microsites, and product pages

● Integrate analytics (GA4, Meta Pixel) and testing/tracking for campaigns

Requirements

● Must be full stack: strong front-end (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React or similar) + back-end (Node.js/PHP/Python) experience

● Experience with CMS (WordPress/Webflow) or custom-built sites, whichever is relevant

● Database knowledge (MySQL/MongoDB)

● Experience with API integrations (WhatsApp Business API, payment gateways, CRM tools like Zoho/HubSpot is a plus)

● Understanding of SEO basics and site performance optimization

● Git/version control experience

● Bonus: experience with healthcare, wellness, D2C, or franchise-based business websites
