Role Description The Web Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining company websites and web applications that support First Door Realty's digital presence and client experience. Day-to-day tasks include implementing responsive user interfaces, building and integrating backend services, optimizing site performance, and ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. The role involves collaborating with marketing and operations teams to translate business requirements into functional web features, maintaining site security and data integrity, and troubleshooting technical issues. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring close coordination with local team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development and Web Design skills to build responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development and Programming skills to implement secure, scalable web applications.
- Candidates should possess comprehensive Web Development skills to integrate front-end and back-end components and maintain existing web assets.
- Candidates should have experience with modern web technologies (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks, REST APIs, databases).
- Candidates should demonstrate good understanding of UX/UI principles, performance optimization, and web security best practices.
- Candidates should have strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to collaborate in a cross-functional team.
- A relevant bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is preferred.
- Experience in real estate or consulting domains, and familiarity with SEO and analytics tools, will be considered an advantage.
