ShareChat (Mohalla Tech Pvt Ltd) is India's largest homegrown social media company and the only local player to achieve profitability in the industry, with 200+ million Monthly Monetizable Users across all its platforms.

Founded in 2015, ShareChat has social media brands such as the ShareChat App and Moj App and micro drama app QuickTV under its portfolio. QuickTV, the newest addition to ShareChat's family of apps, crossed the 10 million downloads mark within 3 months of launch and currently has 60Mn MAUs across the network viewing the vertical episodic content.

Today, the ShareChat network maintains a whopping 1,000 Cr ARR and is India's leading social media platform servicing users across the country in 15 regional languages. This growth has led to a 28% YoY revenue growth in the July-Sept (2025-26) quarter and increased it by more than 60% in the Oct-Dec quarter.

About the role

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Design Intern to join our Employer Branding team. In this role, you'll craft compelling visual narratives that showcase our culture, values, and employee experience, helping us attract top talent and build a magnetic employer brand.

This is a hands-on internship where you'll work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to produce design assets that live across social media, career pages, internal campaigns, and recruitment collateral.

What You'll Do

• Design high-quality visuals for employer branding campaigns — LinkedIn posts, Instagram stories, job ads,Interview collateral and more.
• Create templates for recurring employer brand touchpoints: offer letters, onboarding kits, culture decks, and internal newsletters.
• Support the production of video, motion graphics, and short-form content assets.
• Maintain and evolve our visual identity guidelines for employer-facing content
• Help build and organise a shared asset library for the Talent Acquisition team
• Iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholders and performance data

Who are you

• Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Strong portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, and colour sensibility — ideally with some brand or social media work
• Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign),Canva
• Solid understanding of design principles: hierarchy, grid systems, and visual storytelling
• Ability to manage multiple briefs simultaneously and deliver within deadlines
• Good communication skills — able to present and articulate design decisions

Good to Have

• Familiarity with motion design tools (Adobe After Effects, Jitter, or similar)
• Experience designing for LinkedIn, Instagram, or other social platforms
• Basic understanding of employer branding or HR marketing concepts
• Interest in people, culture, and workplace storytelling
• Prior internship or freelance experience in branding or communications
