About the Role:
We're looking for Design interns who can support the marketing team by planning LinkedIn content, managing brand reputation platforms like Trustpilot, and contributing creative ideas to strengthen Sugar.Fit's brand presence.
Start Date: Immediately
Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: 15,000/month
Work Days: [Mon-Fri : WFO | Sat: WFH]
Location: Sugar.Fit Office, 3rd Floor – Ragus Healthcare, Sector 3, HSR Layout, Bengaluru
Key Responsibilities :
- Create engaging visual creatives for LinkedIn and other brand platforms to enhance visibility and recall
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate ideas into clean, on-brand designs
- Design templates, banners, carousels, and post creatives aligned with brand guidelines
- Support basic brand communication by ensuring visual consistency across platforms
- Assist in managing brand presence on platforms like Trustpilot and other review sites (design & layout support)
- Analyze creative performance and suggest design improvements based on engagement metrics
- Research design trends, visual styles, and creative inspiration relevant to the brand
Requirements
- Graduate (or final-year student) with an interest in branding, marketing, or design
- Basic understanding of social media and brand positioning
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with Canva or other design tools is a plus.
