We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Video Editor Intern to join us in Gurgaon (in-office, full-time) and bring our brands to life — through Reels, social edits, ad content, and more across SheThePeople and Gytree- our brands focussed on women. This is a chance to see your work go live, shape how people see us, and grow fast alongside a team that moves quickly and cares deeply about the craft.

What you'll do:

• Edit Instagram Reels and short-form video content for social and ad campaigns
• Spot trending formats, sounds, and edit styles early, and turn them into on-brand Reels before they go stale
• Turn raw footage and static assets into fast-paced, scroll-stopping edits
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to bring campaigns to life
• Iterate quickly based on performance and feedback

What we're looking for:

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Insta Edits, CapCut and a sharp instinct for Instagram and social media — what's trending, what performs, and why
• Proven ability to spot a trend and turn it into a Reel, fast
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects is a bonus
• Comfort with AI tools to speed up ideation and production
• A good eye for pacing, sound, and storytelling
• Someone who can take a brief and run with it, with fast turnaround
• Diligent, punctual, and a strong work ethic — someone we can rely on

• Paid internship — stipend ₹15,000/month

• 3–6 months, with strong potential to convert into a full-time role based on performance
