About the Role

We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Multimedia Designer to manage end-to-end visual content creation for brand, marketing, and digital channels. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience across both digital graphic design and video production (shooting, editing, and post-production), with a sharp eye for storytelling and visual quality across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for brand films, ads, and social media
• Own the complete video production lifecycle—from concept to final delivery
• Design high-impact static creatives, digital ads, and marketing graphics for online channels
• Capture cinematic footage using professional cameras, lighting, and audio setups
• Edit videos with strong narrative flow, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to translate briefs into impactful visual stories
• Optimize video content for different digital platforms and formats
• Ensure brand consistency and visual quality across all video outputs
• Manage multiple projects and deliver within tight timelines

Key Skills & Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a Videographer and Video Editor
• Strong understanding of cinematography, composition, lighting, and camera movement
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro
• Strong understanding of design principles (layout, typography, color theory) and cinematography (composition, lighting, camera movement)
• Strong storytelling skills, editing judgment, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with high ownership and accountability
• Hands-on experience in editing product videos and creating/retouching product static creatives is required.

Optional / Good-to-Have Skills

Basic 3D skills for product visuals or video integration (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar)

Motion graphics and basic animation skills

Mandatory submission of a video portfolio showcasing videography and video editing work
