About the Role

We're growing our content team and looking for two editors who live and breathe short-form

video. This isn't just a technical editing role; we want people who are plugged into internet

culture, know what's trending before it peaks, and can bring that instinct into fast turnaround

edits.

What You'll Do

• Edit high-volume Reels/Shorts with fast, trend-forward pacing (transitions, sound syncing, captions, meme formats, etc.)
• Stay on top of emerging trends, audio, formats, and aesthetic shifts across Instagram and adjacent platforms
• Collaborate on ideation - not just execute briefs, but suggest formats and hooks
• Adapt tone and style across multiple content pillars/brand voices as needed
• Turn around edits quickly without compromising quality

What We're Looking For

• 1–5 years of hands-on editing experience (agency, brand, or creator background all welcome)
• A strong portfolio showing range in short-form, trend-driven content - not just clean cuts, but cultural fluency
• Comfort with the current pace and language of Gen Z content (this is more about instinct than age)
• Proficiency in editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar)
• Genuine interest in being on camera - this is required. You don't need prior on-camera experience, but you should want to build that skill; prior camera-facingexperience is a strong plus
• Ability to take feedback fast and iterate

Nice to Have

• Existing personal social presence or content you've made and grown yours elf
• Experience with motion graphics or sound design for short-form
• Comfort ideating hooks/scripts, not just editing others briefs
