Video Editor

BNCW Enterprises runs RunWeb (done-for-you websites, SEO and ads for small businesses) and Swagloop (AI corporate gifting for Indian B2B). Both need constant video. Neither has an editor.

That's the job. You'll be the video person here, cutting everything that goes out on LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube for both brands - founder clips, product demos, ad creatives, Reels, Shorts, long-form YouTube.

We're an AI-first company. We build AI products and run on Claude internally, and we want an editor who works the same way - AI for transcription, rough cuts, clip selection, captions, cleanup and variants, so your hours go into taste and storytelling instead of dragging clips on a timeline. You don't need to already be there; we'll give you the tools and teach you. We can't teach the appetite, so if you'd rather edit the way you always have, this won't be fun for you.

Full-time, on-site in Dwarka. No remote, no hybrid - you'll be cutting and re-cutting in the same room as the founder and the marketing team.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

• Short-form vertical for Reels, Shorts and LinkedIn - the bulk of the volume
• Long-form YouTube: talking-head, screen recordings, product walkthroughs
• Turn one shoot into many assets. A 20-minute recording should leave your desk as a long-form video plus five to eight clips.
• Meta ad creatives - multiple hooks and variants for testing
• Subtitles, motion graphics, B-roll, sound design, thumbnails
• Keep the brands distinct. RunWeb sells to small business owners, Swagloop to corporate HR and admin buyers.
• Build your own AI-assisted pipeline and document it for the team
• Basic in-office shooting when needed - phone or camera, simple lighting and audio

REQUIREMENTS

• 1–3 years editing, with a portfolio we can watch. No showreel or drive link, no review.
• Keen to edit with AI. Already using Descript, Opus Clip, CapCut, ElevenLabs, Runway or Firefly is a real advantage; wanting to learn is enough.
• Strong on Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or FCPX. AI speeds up the boring parts, it doesn't replace knowing your editor.
• After Effects for motion graphics and titles
• Real feel for short-form pacing - you know why a video loses people in three seconds, and you fix it
• Comfortable with spoken-word content in English and Hindi
• Can take a rough brief and return a first cut unsupervised, fast, without the quality falling apart
• Organised with files, versions and exports
• On-site in Dwarka, full days, without exception

PREFERRED

• Edited for a brand, agency or creator account with consistent output
• Paid social ad creatives, hook-led structure
• Thumbnails and static design - Photoshop, Figma or Canva
• Basic camera, lighting and audio; colour grading
• Used ChatGPT or Claude for scripting and content planning
