The company manages the entire production lifecycle, from early concept development through final release, offering an end-to-end creative pipeline.

Engagement Type: Internship (Full-time, part-time, or project-based)

Editing Capacity: Up to 1 hour of edited content per day

Role Description

• Edit films, micro-dramas, advertisements, and short-form content.
• Organise footage, select clips, and refine story flow and pacing.
• Create fast-paced edits using J-cuts, L-cuts, transitions, and effects.
• Perform colour correction and grading.
• Add subtitles, and sound.
• Edit primarily in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Incorporate feedback and prepare final exports for different platforms.
• Maintain organised project files and explore AI-driven editing tools.

Qualifications

• Strong video editing and production skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Experience with colour correction, grading, sound, and overlays.
• Strong attention to detail and visual storytelling.
• Ability to follow creative direction and collaborate remotely.
• Portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant work.
• Interest in AI-driven content creation and new editing workflows.
