Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Bhopal. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and assembling raw video footage into engaging content for social media campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials. Daily tasks include selecting shots, trimming clips, arranging sequences, adding transitions, and incorporating text, graphics, and sound to align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. The role involves collaborating with the creative, marketing, and design teams to understand project briefs, maintain visual consistency across platforms, and optimize video content for digital channels. The Video Editor will also manage file organization, adhere to deadlines, and ensure final deliverables meet technical and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production for digital and social media content.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent and appealing visual styles.
- Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to create dynamic visual elements and overlays.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, follow brand guidelines, and translate concepts into compelling video stories.
- Good understanding of aspect ratios, formats, and technical requirements for social and advertising platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio demonstrating video and motion work is required.
