Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct user research activities including interviews, usability testing, surveys, contextual inquiries, and field studies.
• Perform secondary research such as competitor analysis, market research, and industry benchmarking.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to create user personas, journey maps, and research reports.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to influence product strategy and design decisions.
• Present research findings and provide actionable recommendations to enhance user experience.
• Validate concepts, prototypes, and product improvements through iterative research methodologies.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in UX Research for digital products.
• Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in planning, conducting, and analyzing user research studies.
• Proficiency in usability testing and UX research tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate research insights into actionable design recommendations.
