UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digital experiences. This is a crucial role for a professional with a strong background in both User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design, including the creation of wireframes and prototypes. The ideal candidate will have experience in the B2B sector, working with international clients, and will be proficient in industry-standard design tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop user interfaces that are intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and meet user needs.
• Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions.
• Collaborate closely with B2B international clients and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
• Utilize industry-leading design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-fidelity designs.
• Ensure design consistency across all digital products and platforms, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Communicate design rationale and present concepts clearly to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a dedicated UI/UX Designer role.
• Proven expertise in User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design methodologies.
• Strong proficiency in creating wireframes and prototypes.
• Hands-on experience with design tools including Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Prior experience working within the B2B sector.
• Experience collaborating with international clients.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal) are essential for effective collaboration and presentation.
