Summary:

As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and effective quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall control, precision, and reliability of testing activities by integrating advanced tools and methodologies. The position requires driving innovation in testing strategies, fostering continuous improvement, and ensuring that testing efforts are predictive and intelligent. Collaboration with various stakeholders to implement cutting-edge automation solutions and maintain high standards of quality throughout the development lifecycle is a key aspect of the daily responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the adoption of new testing technologies and methodologies to enhance automation efficiency.
• Mentor and support junior team members to build their skills and confidence in automation practices.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing objectives with overall project goals.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Mendix.
• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools relevant to continuous integration and delivery.
• Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end automated test suites.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and develop innovative testing solutions.
• Familiarity with quality engineering principles and best practices in software testing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Siemens Mendix.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
