ABOUT THE ROLE
Tagbin Services Pvt Ltd is looking for a Tender Manager to join our team in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. This is a Full-Time On-Site role with a joining timeline within 15 days. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience managing government tenders, particularly in the Museums, IT, and Software sectors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Identify, track, and evaluate relevant government tenders on GeM Portal and other platforms.
2. Prepare complete tender documentation, proposals, and bid submissions with high accuracy.
3. Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical, financial, and compliance information.
4. Ensure timely and compliant submission of all tender responses.
5. Monitor tender outcomes, manage post-bid clarifications, and maintain records.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum 5 years of experience specifically in government tenders within Museums, IT, or Software domains.
2. Strong working knowledge of GeM Portal and other e-tendering systems.
3. Proven expertise in tender documentation, proposal writing, and submission processes.
4. Excellent understanding of tender compliance, eligibility criteria, and government procurement rules.
5. Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
