Role: Technical Lead

Experience: 7+ Years (5+ Years in Dynamics 365 F&O / Business Central)

Location: Hyderabad | Mumbai | Agra

Work Mode: Work from Office (5 Days)

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Business Central (BC).
• Design, develop, customize, and integrate ERP solutions.
• Drive solution architecture, technical design, estimation, and presales activities.
• Build integrations using Azure Services, APIs, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Dataverse.
• Manage Azure DevOps pipelines, ALM, deployments, and environment management.
• Lead data migration, performance optimization, and ERP support activities.
• Develop reusable components, delivery standards, and estimation models.
• Mentor technical teams, conduct code reviews, and ensure delivery excellence.
• Contribute to ISV product development and AppSource-ready solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Microsoft ERP experience with 5+ years in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (X++) and/or Business Central (AL).
• Strong end-to-end implementation experience from solution design to go-live and hypercare.
• Expertise in:
• X++, AL Development
• D365 F&O & Business Central
• Azure DevOps & CI/CD
• Azure Integration Services
• OData, APIs, Logic Apps, Service Bus
• Data Migration (DMF/Configuration Packages)
• Performance tuning and troubleshooting
• Experience handling AMS/Support projects and client communication.
• Strong solutioning and presales experience.

Good to Have

• Microsoft Certifications (MB-500, MB-800, MB-700, AZ-204)
• Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI)
• Dataverse/Dual-write integration
• AppSource publishing or ISV product development
• Domain experience in Manufacturing, Retail, Real Estate, or Professional Services
• Exposure to Copilot and AI capabilities within the Dynamics ecosystem
