Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment and client requirements in a remote setup.

The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of recruitment experience with recent hands-on exposure to Non-IT hiring, along with experience in IT recruitment. The role requires strong sourcing capabilities, direct client interaction, and complete ownership of assigned positions from requirement intake through successful closure.

We are looking for stable professionals seeking a long-term opportunity who can work independently and consistently deliver against hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from requirement understanding to candidate joining
• Partner directly with clients to understand hiring needs, priorities, and timelines
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, headhunting, and other channels
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess suitability against client requirements
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and joining follow-ups
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of relevant candidates
• Take ownership of assigned requirements and achieve closure targets within defined timelines
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide timely hiring updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Recent hands-on experience in Non-IT recruitment is mandatory
• Experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and direct client handling
• Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and follow-up skills
• Ability to independently manage multiple requirements and hiring targets
• Stable career history with an interest in a long-term opportunity

Preferred Skills

• Experience hiring across diverse functions and industries
• Experience in a recruitment consultancy or staffing environment
• Familiarity with ATS, recruitment metrics, and reporting
• Prior experience working in a remote recruitment setup
• Candidates based in North India will be preferred
