About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to support end-to-end recruitment while contributing to campus hiring, employer branding initiatives and talent analytics. The ideal candidate should possess strong stakeholder management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a data-driven approach to hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from sourcing to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely closures
- Deliver a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process
2. Campus Hiring
- Coordinate and support campus hiring initiatives, including internship and management trainee programs
- Build relationships with placement cells and manage end-to-end campus recruitment activities
3. Employer Branding
- Create recruitment and employer branding posters/creatives using tools such as Canva
- Support employer branding campaigns across social media and other talent attraction channels
4. Recruitment Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain hiring dashboards, MIS reports, and recruitment trackers
- Analyse key hiring metrics and prepare presentations for stakeholders and leadership reviews
5. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional teams
- Provide regular hiring updates and ensure smooth recruitment operations
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- MBA/PGDM in HR (Optional)
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis
- Experience in campus hiring and employer branding initiatives is preferred
