### **Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced **Retail Supervisor** to oversee the daily operations of our imported lifestyle supermarket. The candidate should be capable of leading the store team, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and achieving sales targets.

### **Roles & Responsibilities**

* Supervise day-to-day store operations.

* Lead and manage the sales team.

* Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.

* Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance.

* Maintain product displays and visual merchandising.

* Coordinate stock management, replenishment, and inventory control.

* Handle billing, cash management, and daily store reports.

* Achieve store sales targets and improve team performance.

* Ensure cleanliness and compliance with store policies.

### **Eligibility**

* **Experience:** 0-5 years as a Retail Supervisor, Store Supervisor, Floor Supervisor, or Assistant Store Manager.

* Experience in supermarkets, lifestyle stores, retail chains, department stores, or imported product stores is preferred.

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Good communication skills in Tamil; basic English is an advantage.
