Store Manager - Delhi NCR

Key Deliverables:

• Achieve sales targets through new customer acquisitions and upselling within the store.
• Ensure adherence to Store Operating Procedures (SOPs) including visual merchandising, inventory control, and cash handling.
• Maintain store compliance standards and complete regular KPI and MIS reporting.
• Oversee store profitability by managing operational costs and increasing conversion rates.
• Support strategic rollouts including store launches, refits, and closures as per plan.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring readiness and alignment with brand standards.
• Supervise outsourced staff including rostering, daily briefings, motivation, and attrition management.
• Deliver high-quality customer experience by personally resolving escalated issues and optimizing staff allocation.
• Provide ongoing feedback to improve store performance and customer engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of store-level projects and initiatives.
