STEM Facilitator (Neurodiverse Learning)

Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a passionate STEM Facilitator with 1–2 years of experience in STEM education who enjoys making science, technology, engineering, and mathematics engaging through hands-on, project-based learning. Experience working with neurodiverse children is preferred; however, candidates with a strong understanding of neurodiversity and an interest in inclusive education are also encouraged to apply.

Role Overview
As a STEM Facilitator, you will design and deliver engaging, hands-on STEM learning experiences that encourage creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving. You will work closely with neurodiverse learners, adapting teaching methods to suit different learning styles while fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and facilitate interactive STEM sessions using project-based and experiential learning approaches.
• Teach concepts across Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics through hands-on activities and real-world applications.
• Adapt lesson plans and teaching strategies to support neurodiverse learners with varying strengths and needs.
• Foster curiosity, innovation, collaboration, and independent thinking among students.
• Track student progress through observations, projects, and skill-based assessments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create meaningful interdisciplinary learning experiences.
• Maintain student documentation, progress records, and classroom resources.
• Participate in curriculum development, team meetings, and continuous learning initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Must Have
• 1–2 years of experience in STEM education or facilitating STEM-based learning.
• Strong understanding of STEM concepts and hands-on learning methodologies.
• Knowledge of neurodiversity and inclusive education practices.
• Excellent communication and classroom facilitation skills.
• Passion for working with children and creating engaging learning experiences.
Good to Have
• Experience working with neurodiverse children, including learners with Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, or Gifted/2E profiles.
• Exposure to project-based learning (PBL), maker education, robotics, coding, design thinking, or innovation-based learning.
• Familiarity with educational technology and STEM tools.
