Sr Principal Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable infrastructure for AI agents operating in EDA workflows.
• Build evaluation frameworks to measure AI agent performance, reliability, and workflow alignment.
• Develop robust data pipelines, retrieval systems, and context-engineering frameworks for grounded AI behavior.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing systems, and observability infrastructure for AI systems.
• Implement logging, tracing, monitoring, and debugging systems for production AI/ML services.
• Optimize system performance across latency, cost, reliability, and scalability dimensions.
• Contribute to failure analysis, regression testing, and system validation of AI-driven features.
• Integrate LLM-based capabilities into engineering workflows with strong emphasis on safety and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across software, EDA, and research domains.
• Continuously improve agent behavior using feedback loops and evaluation-driven development.
