STRIVE Child Development Therapy Center is looking for a passionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary pediatric therapy team!
Location: Bengaluru
Type: Full-time, On-site
Immediate Joiners Preferred
About Us:
STRIVE is a specialized pediatric therapy center supporting children with developmental delays and neurodevelopmental conditions through Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Behavioral Therapy — delivered in a nurturing, child-friendly environment.
What You'll Do:
Assess, diagnose & treat pediatric speech, language & swallowing disorders
Design and deliver individualized therapy plans
Conduct 1:1 and group therapy sessions
Collaborate with OTs, behavioral therapists, parents & educators
Train caregivers and support skill carryover at home/school
Maintain clear clinical documentation and progress reports
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's/Master's in Speech-Language Pathology
Experience with pediatric developmental/neurodevelopmental cases
Strong skills in dysphagia and feeding/swallowing management
Great communication & teamwork skills
Detail-oriented documentation and reporting
