About the Role :

We are looking for a high-performing Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. This role is critical in driving our hiring success by proactively identifying, engaging, and pipelining top-tier talent across various domains. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of market trends, advanced sourcing techniques, and a metrics-driven approach to recruitment.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 3+ years of dedicated experience in a Sourcing Specialist or similar role within a fast-paced environment. (Tech & Non Tec - domestic)
• Mandatory proficiency in advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various talent search platforms.
• Proven ability to research, analyze, and present talent intelligence and market data.
• Demonstrated experience in pipelining candidates for technical or hard-to-fill roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on candidate engagement and professional negotiation.
• A data-driven mindset with a clear understanding of core recruiting metrics (e.g., conversion rates, time-to-fill).
• A strong understanding and demonstrated practical experience utilizing AI tools like Gemini and ChatGPT to enhance the sourcing process.

This includes:

Drafting highly effective talent marketing messages and outreach content.

Generating structured screening questions based on job requirements.

Conducting rapid research for market insights and preparing candidate pitch decks.
