Sourcing Specialist

Skills: Sourcing, Job portals(Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter), Boolean search

Workdays : 5 days a week ( Mon – Fri- 8 hours/day)

Location: Hyderabad

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates using platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and internal databases.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for both IT and Non-IT roles.
• Identify and engage active and passive candidates across domestic markets.
• Use Boolean and advanced search techniques to identify high-quality profiles.
• Continuously update and manage candidate databases and sourcing trackers.
• Review and screen resumes for IT and Non-IT requirements based on job specifications.
• Conduct initial telephonic/virtual screenings to assess candidate fit.
• Shortlist candidates and present qualified profiles to hiring managers.
• Ensure high-quality submissions aligned with role expectations.

Skills & Competencies

• Hands-on experience in Naukri, LinkedIn sourcing, and job portals
• Strong understanding of IT and Non-IT skill sets
• Expertise in domestic recruitment
• Knowledge of Boolean search techniques
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability
• Familiarity with ATS tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-6 years of experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment (Domestic hiring)
• Experience working in agency or corporate environments
