Solution Architect (FSI)
Experience
* Minimum 8 years of professional experience in solution architecture, software engineering, or similar roles
* Experience in leading end-to-end architecture efforts from requirements through production support proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python /java)
Experience developing and integrating software solutions in enterprise environments Experience in databases, SQL, and modern cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks)
Experience designing RESTful API's, adhering to Open API specifications, and implementing event-driven architecture.
Experience with at least one major cloud hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Deep understanding of security-by-design principles and secure software development lifecycle Practices
Experience embedding operational resilience, data protection, and regulatory considerations into solution design Knowledge of compliance-driven architecture and governance frameworks.
Proven ability to lead small cross-functional teams and coordinate with developers and engineers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to produce clear architectural artifacts including design documents, diagrams, and decision records
Comfortable working with geographically distributed teams across multiple time zones
Understanding of Al-related trends and technologies, including RAG, agentic Al workflows, and prompt engineering Understanding of emerging interface standards such as Model Context Protocol and GraphQL
Experience with cloud cost optimization strategies Experience with observability best practices using tools
Experience evaluating vendor solutions and SaaS platforms within enterprise architecture contexts
* Experience working in or building solutions for financial services
Education
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, SOFTWARE Engineering.
