Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru (In-office)

Duration: 3 Months (with possibility of full-time)

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Stipend: ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 /month

Before You Apply

This isn't a post three times a week social media internship.

You'll be helping us build one of the most authentic student brand in India.

Sometimes you'll be editing reels until midnight before a program launch.

Sometimes you'll interview students who just earned their first income.

Sometimes you'll travel to colleges.

Sometimes you'll cover workshops.

Sometimes you'll spend hours figuring out why one reel reached 500 people while another reached 500,000.

What You'll OwnTell Stories That Matter

You'll work directly with founders, students, mentors, and partners to tell stories that inspire.

This includes:

• Instagram Reels
• LinkedIn content
• Founder content
• Student success stories
• Program launches
• Behind-the-scenes moments
• Community stories

Build Our Social Presence

Help grow Polygnan across platforms.

You'll:

• Plan weekly content calendars
• Write captions
• Create carousels
• Publish content
• Track engagement
• Experiment with new formats

We don't want to chase trends blindly. We want to tell stories people remember.

Champion the EYFI Movement

Our flagship initiative: Earn Your First Income (EYFI), helps students earn their first income while still in college.

You'll help document this journey by:

• Interviewing participants
• Capturing transformations
• Creating challenge updates
• Highlighting winners
• Sharing community moments
• Turning real experiences into compelling content

Create, Shoot & Edit

You'll be involved from idea to publishing.

That means:

• Brainstorming content ideas
• Script writing
• Shooting with phones/cameras
• Editing reels
• Designing graphics
• Publishing
• Measuring performance

Whom We're Looking For

You don't need to have managed a million-follower page.

You'll probably love this role if you:

• Spend too much time analysing Instagram and YouTube
• Save posts because you admire the storytelling
• Implement from your saved repository
• Think in reels and hooks
• Love meeting new people
• Enjoy writing and creating creative visuals
• Notice small details
• Learn new tools quickly
• Take initiative without waiting to be told
• Use AI in day-to-day content workflow

Bonus points if you've:

• Run a college page
• Managed a club's social media
• Built a personal content page
• Edited videos
• Created viral content
  

Requirements

• Final-year student or recent graduate or it doesn't matter
• Passion for storytelling and content creation
• Comfortable working from our Bengaluru office
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
• Willingness to learn, experiment, and execute

Stipend

₹20,000 - ₹35,000 /month. Revised quickly for strong performers
