Develop and configure ServiceNow HRSD solutions. Gather business requirements and provide technical solutions. Customize workflows, forms, and catalog items. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications. Provide production support and troubleshooting.
Required Skills
4–8 years of ServiceNow experience. Strong knowledge of HRSD module. Good communication and client interaction skills.
