Key requirements:

• Strong AI expertise with a ServiceNow focus
• Experience with GenAI and Agentic AI solutions
• Proven experience in enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations
• Strong architecture, integration, and solution design capabilities
• Ability to provide technical leadership and guide the development team

Minimum 10 years experience as Solution Architect, with focus on technical analysis and design, enterprise architecture.

Minimum 5 years experience in consulting external customers,

Experience working with on software development projects in field of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, SPM and HRSD

Experience working in Agile projects,

Experience with ServiceNow and ServiceNow certifications are highly desired.

Must have Implementations experience of 4-5 on ITSM Service Implementations.

Experience in ITAM (SAM & HAM implementation)

Experience on 3-5 ServiceNow ITOM Implementation including Discovery, Event and Service Mapping Projects.

Experience in HRSD, CSM,FSM & SPM will be added advantage

minimum 2+ years in AI / LLM / Generative AI-Mandate

Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and its AI/ML capabilities.

Experience designing and deploying Now Assist skills, domain‑specific prompts, and RAG‑based solutions.

Proven ability to build AI Agents and agentic workflows, including orchestration, guardrails, and multi‑step automation.

Experience architecting MCP servers to securely expose ServiceNow data, workflows, and APIs to external AI models.

Hands-on experience building Claude skills and connectors to enable AI‑driven ServiceNow actions (record creation, case triage, data retrieval).

 Ability to integrate AI features into ServiceNow workspaces, portals, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and custom applications.

 Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python, with good knowledge of REST APIs, authentication/authorization, databases, and system design.
