Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain physical & virtual servers (Windows Server) across on-premise and hybrid environments.
  • Monitor system performance, automate patching & updates, and enforce security hardening policies using tools like SCCM, Ansible, or PowerShell DSC.
  • Diagnose and resolve server-level outages, storage bottlenecks, and network connectivity issues with minimal SLA breach.
  • Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy across multi-site deployments to ensure seamless user access and compliance.
  • Lead backup & disaster recovery operations using Veeam, Commvault, or similar, ensuring RTO/RPO targets are consistently met.
  • Document server architectures, change logs, and runbooks; collaborate with DevOps and security teams to streamline IaC and CI/CD workflows.
