About the Role

We are looking for an SEO Executive with 2–4 years of experience to manage SEO growth initiatives for a B2B SaaS platform. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in backlink outreach, off-page SEO and technical SEO.

The primary focus of this role will be executing high-quality backlink outreach campaigns and improving technical SEO performance to increase organic visibility, keyword rankings, and website authority.

The candidate should have experience working with SaaS or technology websites and should be aware of the latest SEO trends, including Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute backlink outreach campaigns to acquire high-quality, relevant backlinks.
• Identify backlink opportunities through competitor analysis, niche research, and industry outreach.
• Manage outreach activities including prospecting, email communication, follow-ups, and relationship building.
• Execute link-building activities such as guest posting, niche edits, digital PR, and other white-hat SEO methods.
• Analyze backlink quality based on relevance, authority, traffic potential, and spam indicators.
• Maintain backlink trackers, outreach records, live link reports, and campaign performance data.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and identify opportunities to improve website crawlability, indexing, performance, and search visibility.
• Work with development and content teams to implement technical SEO recommendations.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
• Support on-page SEO improvements, including metadata, internal linking, and content optimization.
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, website health, and SEO performance metrics.
• Prepare SEO reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, AI search developments, and the latest SEO practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO, preferably with B2B SaaS, SaaS, technology, or software websites.
• Strong experience in backlink outreach, link-building campaigns, and off-page SEO execution.
• Good understanding of technical SEO concepts, including crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, redirects, XML sitemaps, and website performance optimization.
• Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics 4.
• Understanding of backlink quality evaluation, anchor text optimization, domain authority, search intent, and topical relevance.
• Awareness of latest SEO concepts:

      -Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)

      -Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)

• AI-driven search optimization and semantic SEO
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate with internal teams and manage outreach conversations effectively.
