Job Description – SEO Executive

About the Role We are looking for an SEO Executive with 1–3 years of experience to drive organic growth across brands through strategic SEO execution. The role requires expertise and Technical SEO, along with awareness of evolving search trends like AIO, GEO, and GA4.

Key Responsibilities

● Execute planned SEO activities and optimization strategies

● Coordinate with website/development teams for implementation

● Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization

● Optimize metadata, internal linking, and website content structure

● Maintain SEO trackers, timelines, and MOMs

● Track campaign performance and suggest improvements from an SEO lens

● Optimize for AI-driven search trends including AIO, GEO, and semantic SEO Technical SEO

● Perform technical SEO audits and identify website issues

● Monitor crawlability, indexing, redirects, broken links, sitemap, and robots.txt

● Track and improve Core Web Vitals, page speed, and website performance

● Work closely with developers to ensure proper SEO implementation

● Ensure websites follow SEO best practices and search engine guidelines

● Perform backlink and competitor link analysis

● Manage outreach with webmasters and publishers for link-building opportunities

● Maintain backlink and anchor text trackers

● Build and manage niche outreach databases

Additional Responsibilities

● Participate in client meetings with managers

● Support pitch decks and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives

● Guide junior executives and ensure quality execution

● Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and emerging SEO trends

Required Skills & Experience

● 1–3 years of SEO experience (Agency experience preferred)

● Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO

● Knowledge of indexing, crawlability, schema markup, redirects, and site architecture

● Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, SEMRush/Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog

● Experience working on CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow

● Familiarity with tools like Asana, Pitchbox, Google Workspace, and MS Office

● Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail

● Good communication and stakeholder management skills

● Adaptability to evolving SEO trends and AI-led search developments
