Senior Validation Engineer

Hiring | FPGA Bring-Up & Validation Engineer | Bangalore

Location: Bangalore (On-site)

Experience: 8–10 Years

We are looking for an experienced FPGA Bring-Up & Validation Engineer to join a high-impact engineering team working on server-class FPGA platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• FPGA programming and bitstream loading (Xilinx/AMD or Intel/Altera)
• FPGA hardware bring-up and board-level debugging
• Functional validation on server/rack-mount FPGA platforms
• PCIe, Ethernet, DDR, and AXI interface validation
• In-system debugging using ChipScope, SignalTap, JTAG,and lab equipment
• Linux host-side setup, drivers, and validation
• Root cause analysis, validation reporting, and cross-functional collaboration

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of hands-on FPGA validation experience
• Strong experience with Vivado and/or Quartus Prime
• FPGA bring-up on Xilinx Alveo, Intel Stratix, or similar PCIe FPGA platforms
• Good understanding of PCIe, DDR, AXI, Ethernet
• Familiarity with RTL (Verilog/VHDL) for functional understanding
• Strong debugging skills using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and JTAG tools
• Linux environment and scripting experience

Good to Have

• Data Center / HPC / Cloud FPGA experience
• SmartNIC or FPGA networking platforms
• OpenCL / HLS exposure
