We are looking for a passionate Senior Test Engineer with a strong coding background and a developer mindset. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Java, Object-Oriented Programming, and modern testing practices, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You are a technology enthusiast who believes in quality-first engineering, automation, and continuous improvement. You should be comfortable working independently, managing priorities, and collaborating with global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks using Java
- Apply Object-Oriented Programming principles to build scalable and maintainable test solutions
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Participate in requirement analysis, test design, and test strategy definition
- Ensure test coverage across APIs, backend systems, and integrations
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Identify, debug, and track defects with a strong focus on root cause analysis
- Drive quality engineering practices and promote a Dev-critical mindset within the team
- Contribute to code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
- Work closely with global teams (including Germany) in a distributed environment
Professional Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Hands-on experience in Java development and test automation
- Strong experience with Git/version control systems
- Solid understanding of API testing and backend validation
- Experience with test frameworks and automation tools
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in testing/automation
- Experience working in agile and international environments
