Senior Solution Architect

We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Senior Solution Architect to join our growing team and help design enterprise-scale Data, Analytics, and AI solutions. This role sits at the intersection of solution consulting, enterprise architecture, data engineering, and AI enablement, where you will work closely with enterprise clients to solve complex business challenges through technology.

You will play a key role in understanding business requirements, designing scalable data and AI architectures, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering innovative solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end enterprise data, analytics, and AI solution architectures aligned with client business objectives.
• Engage directly with enterprise clients to conduct discovery workshops, gather requirements, and translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
• Architect data platforms, data models, ETL/ELT pipelines, reporting solutions, and AI-ready data foundations.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of solution designs.
• Establish best practices for data quality, governance, metadata, lineage, security, and access control.
• Design data foundations that support AI-enabled applications, including Generative AI, RAG, knowledge bases, semantic search, and AI-powered analytics.
• Evaluate solution quality, identify delivery risks, and drive architecture reviews to ensure scalable, maintainable, and high-quality implementations.
• Support enterprise pre-sales activities by contributing to solution proposals, technical presentations, capability decks, demos, and RFP responses.
• Partner with commercial teams to define service offerings and position enterprise Data & AI solutions for clients.
• Mentor technical teams and promote architecture standards, reusable frameworks, and delivery best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Data Engineering, Cloud Technologies, Business Intelligence, and Artificial Intelligence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10–15 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Data, Business Intelligence, Analytics Consulting, or Data Engineering.
• Proven experience designing enterprise-scale Data and AI solutions for external clients.
• Strong understanding of Data Architecture, Data Warehousing, Data Modelling, ETL/ELT, and Data Governance.
• Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Practical understanding of Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Knowledge Bases, Semantic Search, and AI-ready data architectures.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable enterprise solution architectures.
• Strong experience conducting client discovery workshops, stakeholder management, and executive presentations.
• Exposure to enterprise pre-sales, solution consulting, technical proposals, and RFP responses.
• Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience mentoring cross-functional technical teams and driving architecture governance.
