Job Summary:

Traditional SEO is changing, and we are staying ahead of it. If you are an SEO strategist who knows that modern search is moving beyond just Google keywords into the era of AI discovery, this role is for you.

As our SEO specialist, your primary mission is to diagnose why organic traffic and revenue have stalled, build a prioritized technical roadmap, and scale VeeFly's visibility globally. You will own everything from deep technical audits and high-authority link building to pioneering our presence on AI search engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews (GEO). If you love turning complex traffic bottlenecks into scalable revenue, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose & Recover: Conduct deep technical, on-page, and content audits (crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, rendering, schema) to identify why organic growth stalled, and immediately deploy a prioritized fix plan.
• Pioneer AI Search (GEO): Own our visibility across traditional search and next-gen AI discovery engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews).
• Build Digital Authority: Drive aggressive off-page strategy, high-DA backlink acquisition, and digital PR to continuously elevate our Domain Rating (DR).
• Protect the Brand: Actively manage VeeFly's Online Reputation Management (ORM) across branded search results.
• Data-Driven Attribution: Maintain bulletproof data hygiene and build thorough, accurate analytics funnels (using GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush) to map organic traffic directly to signups and revenue.
• Continuous R&D: Constantly research, test, and experiment with new growth tactics to keep us ahead of volatile algorithm shifts.

Who You Are

• The Experience: You have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SEO management, ideally within a fast-growing tech or SaaS environment.
• The Technical Edge: You possess strong technical, on-page, and content SEO skills, with a practical understanding of how Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) works.
• The Analyst: You have a sharp, rigorous analytical mind. You are fluent in GA4, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs or Semrush, and you use data to tell a story, not just fill a spreadsheet.
• The Builder: You have a proven track record in off-page outreach, digital PR, and white-hat link-building strategies that move the needle.
• The Mindset: You operate with an extreme sense of ownership, strong outcome-orientation, clear communication, and relentless curiosity.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
