Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Senior Sales Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing technical guidance during sales processes, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Key duties include preparing proposals, delivering product demonstrations, offering technical support to clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Skills in Sales Engineering, with a technical aptitude to understand and convey product applications to clients
- Strong background in Sales and Customer Service, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in Technical Support, including resolving client queries and providing product demonstrations
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Proven ability to meet sales goals and manage responsibilities in a fast-paced, on-site setting
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or relevant field
- Experience in the abrasives or industrial manufacturing industry is a strong plus
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
