Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of intuitive, engaging, and high-impact learning experiences. You will own end-to-end design execution—from discovery and research to delivery—while collaborating closely with product, engineering, and business teams.

 This role requires someone who can think strategically, execute flawlessly, and mentor design thinking within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

 • Own End-to-End Product Design

Drive the complete design lifecycle—from user research and problem definition to wireframing, prototyping, and final UI delivery.

 • User Research & Insights

Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to uncover insights and inform design decisions.

 • Design High-Impact Experiences

Create intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling designs that enhance learner engagement and outcomes.

 • Drive Iteration & Optimization

Continuously improve products through feedback loops, experimentation, and data-driven design decisions.

 • Design Systems & Consistency
Contribute to and evolve the design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across products.

 • Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business stakeholders to align design solutions with user needs and business goals.

 • Mentor & Influence

Guide junior designers, advocate for design best practices, and elevate the overall design quality across the organization.

Requirements:

 • Experience - 3 - 4 years of experience in Product Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design ownership and problem-solving.

 • Design Expertise - Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern AI-powered design tools such as Claude and similar platforms, with a strong grasp of interaction design, visual design, rapid prototyping, and AI-assisted design workflows.

 • User-Centered Thinking - Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility.

 • Analytical Mindset - Ability to leverage data and user insights to inform design decisions.

 • Communication & Stakeholder Management - Strong ability to articulate design rationale and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

 • Bonus- Experience in EdTech or building learning/consumer-facing products is a plus.
