As a Senior Product Associate at JPMorganChase within Commercial & Investment Bank's Wholesale Payments unit, you support the development and optimization of Automated Clearing House payment capabilities. You partner with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into clear requirements and measurable product outcomes. You use user research, customer feedback, and product metrics to inform priorities and improve the end-to-end product experience.
In this role, you will help define and deliver product enhancements from discovery through launch, balancing customer value, operational readiness, and dependencies across teams. You will contribute to the product roadmap by bringing forward insights from research, journey mapping, and market analysis. You will also help monitor delivery progress and product performance using clear metrics across time, cost, and quality.
