As a Senior Product Associate at JPMorgan Chase as part of the Commercial & Investment Bank's Liquidity & Account Solutions Productunit, you contribute to product discovery, delivery, and optimization for intraday liquidity and account solutions. You use user research, customer feedback, and product metrics to inform the roadmap and improve existing offerings. You partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver features that improve usability, transparency, and control readiness.
