PURPOSE OF ROLE:

Under Armour is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Systems with deep expertise in enterprise financial platforms, specifically OneStream, to lead and optimize our global financial systems landscape. This role requires a strong understanding of financial processes, system architecture, and data governance across Accounting, FP&A, and IT. The ideal candidate will serve as the functional and administrative owner of the OneStream platform, partnering with Finance, IT, and external vendors to support implementation, enhancements, and ongoing optimization. This role is critical to ensuring system stability, enabling accurate and timely financial close and reporting, and maintaining alignment with corporate governance and SOX requirements. This position will act as a key liaison between Finance and Technology, enabling scalable processes and supporting both operational execution and strategic decision-making.

Reporting Structure: Direct line report to a manager employed by Under Armour Global Services Pvt. Ltd. In India and with dotted-line report into the Director, Business Systems Management at UA Headquarters in Baltimore, MD.

YOUR IMPACT (Job Responsibilities):

  • Drive successful implementation & adoption
  • Partner with Accounting, FP&A, IT, and external vendors to support design, build, testing, and deployment of OneStream
  • Coordinate UAT, defect resolution, and finance readiness for go-live
  • Define and document end-to-end finance processes aligned with SOX controls
  • Own system operations & optimization
  • Manage day-to-day administration, stability, and performance of OneStream
  • Deliver system enhancements including dashboards, workflows, and reporting capabilities
  • Enable data governance & integrity
  • Establish governance over financial master data including chart of accounts and metadata
  • Ensure data consistency across ERP and reporting systems
  • Partner cross-functionally and serve as liaison between Finance and IT
  • Support Accounting close and FP&A planning cycles

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field with 8+ years of progressive experience in financial systems, consolidation, FP&A, or controllership roles
  • Hands-on experience with OneStream, including administration, implementation, and advanced system usage
  • Strong understanding of financial close and consolidation processes, management and external reporting, transaction matching, and FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Experience working in a public company environment with knowledge of SOX controls and compliance requirements
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams, including Accounting, FP&A, and IT
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
  • Experience supporting system implementations, enhancements, and integrations, including working with ERP systems and financial data flows (SAP ECC or S/4HANA preferred)
  • Experience leading or mentoring junior team members
  • CPA or similar license preferred

WORKPLACE LOCATION:

  • Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our (UA India) office.
  • Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 4 days in-office per week.
