Senior Interior Designer

About the Role

We are seeking creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Senior Interior Designers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing luxury residential interior projects while ensuring exceptional customer experience and design excellence. The role requires strong technical knowledge, creativity, and coordination with clients, vendors, and project execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

● Meet clients to understand their lifestyle, preferences, budget, and design requirements.

● Develop creative design concepts for luxury interiors.

● Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, mood boards, and material selections.

● Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D visualizations.

● Prepare working drawings for execution.

● Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, vendors, and procurement teams.

● Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve site-related issues.

● Ensure designs comply with project timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.

● Present design concepts and revisions to clients.

● Select finishes, furnishings, lighting, accessories, and décor elements.

● Keep updated with the latest design trends, luxury materials, and innovative products.

● Maintain project documentation and design records.

● Lead multiple luxury interior projects simultaneously.

● Mentor and guide junior designers.

● Review and approve design concepts, drawings, and presentations.

● Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.

● Manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
