Job Description

Job Summary

The Senior HR Executive is responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, supporting talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, training and development, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. This role serves as a trusted partner to employees and management, helping to build a positive and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate, confidential, and up to date.
  • Administer employee onboarding, orientation, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit procedures.
  • Support payroll preparation by maintaining attendance, leave records, and employee data.
  • Manage employee benefits, leave administration, and HR information systems.
  • Handle employee relations matters by addressing grievances, disciplinary issues, and workplace concerns professionally.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal processes and support managers in performance management initiatives.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee learning and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for management.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support organizational development and change management projects.
  • Collaborate with department heads on workforce planningand talent management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional HR certification is an advantage.
  • 4-7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in using People Central and Infotech will be an added advantage
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
