Senior HR Executive/ HR Executive
Job Description
Description and tasks
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across Singapore and the SEA region, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and deliver timely hiring solutions.
- Build talent pipelines through job portals, employee referrals and recruitment agencies.
- Prepare employment-related documents, including employment contracts, confirmation, promotion and salary adjustment letters.
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding and maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS.
- Support payroll administration, government claims and statutory submissions.
- Prepare HR reports, manpower statistics and recruitment metrics for management.
- Support employee relations, HR projects, policy implementation and continuous process improvements.
Candidate Profile
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong planning, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with stakeholders across the SEA region
- Meticulous, well-organized individual, able to handle confidential information with professionalism
