Responsibilities:
As a member of the Facilities Management Team for The Woodleigh Mall, your job scope includes the following:
- Support the Facilities Manager in day-to-day operations, maintenance, and administration of commercial building facilities and M&E systems (ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, ELV, BMS, Access Control, etc.).
- Coordinate preventive, corrective, and ad-hoc maintenance works to ensure efficient building operations and regulatory compliance.
- Manage contractors and service providers, including sourcing quotations, monitoring service quality, contract administration, and worksite safety.
- Support workplace safety, fire safety, statutory inspections, emergency preparedness, and sustainability initiatives, including energy management.
- Ensure all statutory inspections and certifications are up to date.
- Coordinate tenancy fit-out and reinstatement projects, ensuring compliance with company requirements, approved designs, and statutory regulations.
- Assist in procurement, cost control, asset management, and preparation of management reports and documentation.
- Prepares and monitor budgets, contracts, expenditures and purchase orders related to the facility(s) or complex as directed.
- Supervise technicians and provide prompt support in resolving tenants and stakeholders facilities-related issues.
- Maintain policies and procedures for the building operations, maintenance, administration and management
- Identify improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, service standards, and building performance.
Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in Engineering, Facility Management or Building Management.
- Prior and/or with minimum 2 years of related experience in estate, property management or commercial building will be advantageous.
- Experienced and well versed in M&E systems
- Certified FSM, WEMP, GM (FM), WSHC, SCEM will be advantageous.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience with contractor management and office building maintenance.
- Familiarity with Singapore WSH and Fire Safety regulations is an advantage
- Highly motivated, meticulous and willing to be cross-trained in various aspects of facilities
- Team player with good communication and organization skills
- Perform multiple tasks effectively
