The Team
Our Performance Improvement team provides Business Transformation and Performance Improvement Services to Corporates, Investors, and their portfolio companies, delivering –
- Performance improvement via cost reduction and revenue growth programmes
- Large, complex organizational restructuring and business transformation
- Rapid Results Program, which helps to quickly and effectively assess business process management risks and identify key areas impeding performance
How you will contribute
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Sr. Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cost transformation, zero-based reviews (ZBR), process reengineering, and performance benchmarking across G&A functions such as Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Procurement, or Shared Services. The candidate will support clients in strategic evaluation projects with a focus on cost take-out and enterprise value
optimization.
- Lead and support Zero-Based Reviews (ZBR) to assess baseline operations and identify value unlock opportunities
- Conduct end-to-end process reviews and spearhead process reengineering initiatives to eliminate inefficiencies and enhance throughput
- Perform efficiency and benchmarking analyses across functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, IT, and Shared Services
- Develop cost optimization roadmaps with clear KPIs, value targets, and implementation plans
- Collaborate with client teams to design and execute cost take-out programs (e.g., organization restructuring, third-party spend rationalization, SG&A transformation)
- Lead cross-functional assessments to identify quick wins and structural improvements in people, process, and technology
- Drive cost-benefit analyses to support client decision-making and validate business cases
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to client stakeholders, from functional leads to C-suite executives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with client teams and internal specialists to ensure successful delivery of projects
- Experience in consulting or transformation roles with exposure to financial analysis, activity-based costing, or target operating model design is preferred
Qualifications
- 3-8 years of relevant experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or operational improvement roles
- Proven expertise in cost optimization, process improvement, and strategic transformation
- Strong financial modeling and cost-benefit analysis skills
- Familiarity with Zero-Based Budgeting/Review (ZBB/ZBR) methodologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly analytical, structured thinker with a problem-solving mindset
