As we enter our next phase of growth, including institutional fundraising and global expansion, we are strengthening our Founder's Office to drive strategic initiatives, business development, investor readiness, and cross-functional execution.


Role Overview

This is a high-impact role that works directly with the Co-Founder & CEO on the company's most strategic priorities. As a Senior Associate - Founder's Office, you will help transform ideas into execution by driving initiatives across business development, fundraising, strategic planning, and operational excellence.

From preparing investor materials and client proposals to leading cross-functional projects and supporting executive decision-making, you'll play a critical role in helping the leadership team execute faster and more effectively.

Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development
  • Prepare client proposals, presentations, pitch decks, and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate proposal submissions and ensure timely follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track the business development pipeline and monitor key opportunities.
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to support business growth initiatives.
  • Support strategic account planning and assist leadership in enterprise sales pursuits.


2. Fundraising & Investor Relations
  • Support fundraising activities through investor research and outreach preparation.
  • Assist in preparing financial models, investor presentations, and fundraising materials.
  • Maintain the investor pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Manage the data room and ensure all diligence documents remain updated and readily accessible.
  • Coordinate with leadership, finance, and external stakeholders throughout the fundraising process.


3. Strategy & Special Projects
  • Drive high-priority strategic initiatives on behalf of the CEO from concept through execution.
  • Lead cross-functional projects involving multiple business teams.
  • Structure business problems, develop business cases, and translate strategic decisions into executable action plans.
  • Track project milestones, identify execution risks, and ensure timely closure.


4. Research & Executive Decision Support
  • Conduct research on emerging markets, industries, competitors, and new business opportunities.
  • Develop decision-ready analysis and strategic recommendations for leadership.
  • Prepare Board presentations, leadership dashboards, executive reports, and briefing notes.
  • Support the CEO in evaluating strategic partnerships, investments, and expansion opportunities.


5. CEO Office & Operational Excellence
  • Manage the operating cadence of the CEO's Office, including leadership reviews, OKR tracking, and action-item management.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across departments and ensure timely follow-through.
  • Represent the CEO in selected meetings, discussions, and strategic workstreams whenever required.
  • Improve execution discipline by tracking priorities, removing bottlenecks, and ensuring accountability across teams.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Success in this role will be measured through:

  • Timely delivery of high-quality client proposals, presentations, and executive materials with minimal revisions.
  • Consistent progress across business development and investor pipelines.
  • Successful execution and closure of strategic projects within agreed timelines.
  • Well-maintained investor data room and fundraising documentation.
  • Effective coordination across departments, resulting in faster decision-making and execution.
  • Increased leverage for the CEO by improving operational efficiency and reducing execution overhead.


Qualifications

We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities.

Education
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a Tier-1 institute (IIT, IIM, ISB, BITS or equivalent).

Experience
  • 2-5 years of professional experience.
  • Experience in one or more of the following:
    • Management Consulting
    • Investment Banking
    • Founder's Office
    • Chief of Staff
    • Corporate Strategy
    • Business Consulting
    • High-growth startup environments
