Mass N Void Design Consultants (APG) is a specialized infrastructure consulting services firm with projects PAN-India. MNVDC provides end-to-end, integrated building infrastructure solutions across all major sectors, including urban and rural infrastructure, energy, industrial parks, transportation, and waste management.

OPENING FOR SENIOR ARCHITECT (DESIGN):

As a Senior Project Architect, you will assist the Chief Architect on Medical, Institutional, Educational, Office etc. projects, providing technically sound solutions both on design and delivery. You will represent Mass N Void's design to clients and the design community, improving design quality and working profitably for the firm. In this role, you will work with multiple project teams and should be a good team builder/worker at the New Delhi (HQ) office.

To perform this job successfully, you must be a self-starter with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high energy, rapidly growing organization with great design aptitude and thinking skills.

Besides strong communication & presentation skills, you must be proficient with the various design tools and software. Other qualities such as design ownership, details oriented, the ability to exercise good judgment and discretion in handling a wide variety of activities, while maintaining a realistic balance among multiple priorities simultaneously are also essential for this role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and designing architectural and engineering plans.
• Ensuring all plans are compliant with governmental health and safety regulations.
• Researching and maintaining knowledge of various engineering disciplines, application methods, and materials.
• Monitoring the work of other Architects and making recommendations or scheduling workshops as required.
• Selection of materials and preparation of Make List, assisting the team in quantity surveying.
• Liaising with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met.
• Ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets.
• Acting as a mentor to new Architects/Interns and helping them fine-tune their design skills and improve their industry knowledge.
• Networking and consulting with various industry professionals.

Senior Architect Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture from a reputed Institute.
• M.Arch Degree or design may be preferable.
• Registered with COA
• At least 5-7 years of work experience as an Architect.
• Willingness to work overtime as and when required to meet deadlines.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Brilliant interpersonal and networking skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly analytical.
• In-depth understanding of CAD and AutoCAD software.
• Deadline-driven and dedicated to excellence.

Should be comfortable working on the following Software-

• Design Authoring - SketchUp & AutoCAD
• Visualization – Lumion/Enscape/D5
• Graphics & Productivity - Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite

Pay range and compensation package - 7–10 LPA, shall be based on past experience and technical interview round.
