What You'll Do
- Build LLM applications and copilots using Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and custom frameworks.
- Develop RAG systems with vector search to power internal knowledge and document intelligence tools.
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing systems (e.g., SAP, Dynamics 365, internal APIs).
- Implement scalable AI architectures on Azure (Azure ML, AI Services, Functions, Container Apps).
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate business needs into AI features and prototypes.
- Apply responsible AI, security, and MLOps best practices.
What You Should Bring
- 4+ years of hands‑on AI/ML engineering experience.
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Strong Python skills; experience with LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, and NLP.
- Azure experience (Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, AI Search).
- Knowledge of RAG patterns, vector DBs, APIs, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or multi‑agent systems.
- Azure AI or Data certifications.
