About the Role 

We are looking for an experienced Conversational AI Engineer to build reliable, intelligent, and scalable conversational AI systems powering our cognitive AI platform. 

**This role is intended for engineers who have personally designed, deployed, and maintained production conversational AI or LLM systems. Candidates whose experience is limited to prototypes, hackathons, or proof-of-concept projects are unlikely to be a good fit.** 

You will architect modern LLM solutions, improve chatbot reliability, and deliver production-grade conversational experiences for real users. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design and improve production-grade conversational AI systems. 
• Architect RAG, fine-tuning, or hybrid LLM solutions based on product requirements. 
• Build reliable multi-intent chatbot workflows for text and voice. 
• Improve response quality, retrieval accuracy, latency, and reliability. 
• Optimize prompts, orchestration, and evaluation pipelines. 
• Develop automated testing and evaluation frameworks. 
• Diagnose and resolve production issues systematically. 
• Collaborate with AI, research, and product teams. 
• Document architecture, engineering decisions, and best practices. 

Required Qualifications 

• 4+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying production conversational AI systems. 
• Demonstrated ownership of at least one production LLM application from design through deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement. 
• Prototype-only experience is not sufficient. 
• Practical experience with RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation. 
• Experience designing production multi-intent conversational systems. 
• Strong Python programming skills. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex. 
• Vector databases. 
• Healthcare, wellness, or other regulated domains. 
• Experience deploying scalable LLM applications. 
• Experience implementing structured AI evaluation and testing practices.
