Job Description: Senior Accountant

Location: Andheri West

Department: Accounts & Finance

Reporting To: Finance Manager / CFO

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee financial

operations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and manage accounting records. The

ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Indian taxation, GST, TDS, and financial

reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping: Maintain books in Tally/ERP, pass journal entries, finalize accounts.

GST & Taxation: File GST returns, handle reconciliations, notices, TDS compliance.

Financial Reporting: Prepare Balance Sheet, P&L, MIS reports, budgeting.

Compliance & Audit: Coordinate with auditors, ensure legal compliance.

Banking & Cash Flow: Handle BRS, manage cash flow, loans.

Payables & Receivables: Vendor payments, customer follow-ups, aging analysis.

Team Management: Supervise junior accountants.

Qualifications

CA / CA Inter with 3 to 8 years experience.

Key Skills

GST, TDS, Income Tax, Tally, Excel, ERP systems, analytical skills.

Additional Requirements

Ability to meet deadlines, strong ethics, attention to detail, immediate joiners preferred.
